Refund Policy

"I placed an order days ago but have still not received my order. What do I do?" 

All physical products are shipped 2 to 5 business days after the date of purchase. If you do not receive a tracking number via email or phone at least 20 business days after date of purchase, and you provide us your order number, name, shipping address, and email address (send information to support@electrifyyolife.com), you can be issued a full refund via PayPal. All refunds take up to 3 to 5 business days to be issued to customer (note that this does not include the time that it will show up in your bank account. You will have to consult with your bank to identify how long it will take for your funds to show.)

"I was provided the tracking number and it says my item(s) were delivered, but I have not yet received it. What do I do?" 

After the physical product was delivered, you were provided the tracking code, and it states that your product was delivered, but you have not yet received the item(s), you must provide us with your order number, name, shipping address, and email address to support@electrifyyolife.com. After providing us with said information, we will then verify your shipping address, and this can take up to 24 hours. If your address is not valid, one of our staff will reach out to you via email regarding this matter. If it is verified, we will provide you with an additional 48 hours to contact your local neighbors, post office, etc. to further see if your package was misplaced accidentally. After the 48 hour period ends and you inform us via email that you still have not received your item despite it saying delivered, we will ship out your products again to your confirmed shipping address; this will take an additional 2 to 5 business days. No refunds will be issued.
